Planning your cleaning checklist
Need help with cleaning the office? Try out our cleaning checklist.Come to the end of your tenancy agreement and getting ready to move office? Then you understand how big the cleaning job is. It can be really hard and exhausting when you move office, especially if you aren’t hiring help. However, you can make it a lot easier for yourself, simply by organising the cleaning and creating a check list to work through. This way there is no chance of you missing anything out and will hopefully get your full deposit back.
A few tips for you to consider before you play out your plan/check list:
• Start from the top and work your way to the bottom. If you have multiple floors start from the top floor and work from the ceiling down.
• Create a plan of all the jobs that need to be done, then create a check list of all the products you need.
• Get everyone involved and dedicate a job to each person or room to a team. Make a party out of it, order in some food and ensure there are enough refreshments for everyone; having this incentive will encourage people to lend a helping hand.
