Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do.  Order over £75 today and free delivery will be applied when you go through to the checkout.


Can I order by telephone?

CLICK CLEANING is an internet-only retailer, which is now a safe way of shopping for goods and services.  Although we do have customer service staff available on the telephone, we cannot generally accept orders over the telephone.  If you are unable to find a way to order online please call us and we will do our best to help you with your order.


Has my order gone through?

In most cases a confirmation of an order will be sent to the email address provided.

If you have not received a confirmation email please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.


How do I order?

Simply click on the item that you wish to purchase.

This will take you to that product's page, where you can select the quantity you require - bulk prices will automatically be calculated - and then click "Add to Basket".  You can then either continue shopping or click "Checkout".

Once you have clicked "Checkout" you will given the option to REGISTER FOR A WEBSITE LOGIN or sign in if you are an existing customer; you do not have to register, and can continue as a guest, but in doing so will be required to re-enter all your personal details each time you purchase from CLICK CLEANING - another benefit of registering a Website Login is the ability to check your transaction history.  Once you have logged-in or decided to continue as a guest simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.


Can I return unwanted items?

Yes, of course.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep an item it can be returned within 7 days of your receiving it, as long as the item is unopened and in good condition.  Please ensure that all seals have not been broken and packaging/shrink-wrap is intact.

To arrange the return of your unwanted items please send an email to [email protected] - you will be given a returns number and address.  All refunds will be inclusive of VAT but please note that carriage charges will not be refunded.

When will my card be charged?

When you complete your order and submit, we will immediately contact your bank or credit-card company for authorization - this is usually an immediate process.  If authorization is given your payment will be taken straight away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

If your card is declined we will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information.  This may be (and usually is) caused by a simple error, such as incorrectly entering your postcode or billing address; for this reason it is strongly advised that you REGISTER FOR A WEBSITE ACCOUNT LOGIN, then we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.


What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you have received an item that is faulty you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receipt of the item.  We will then arrange collection of the faulty item and send out a replacement.
