SELDEN SELOSOL ALL-PURPOSE DETERGENT DEGREASER is ideal for extensive kitchen use.  It contains no acids, solvents or caustics, is odour-free and will not taint food preparation.

SELOSOL produces a controlled foam which is safe to use on all washable surfaces in food preparation areas - it emulsifies cooking oil, making it a useful detergent for cleaning deep-fat fryers, as well as shortenings, fats and vegetable oils.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Dilute at a rate of 1:10 for heavy-duty degreasing, 1:40 for general cleaning, and 1:100 for mopping.
