Prochem Fab Clean is a professional upholstery extraction cleaner formulated for safe and effective cleaning of delicate fabrics and colourfast upholstery. Using a carefully balanced blend of biodegradable surfactants, optical brighteners, and deodorisers, it delivers powerful cleaning performance while maintaining a mild pH, making it suitable for most wet-cleanable fabrics. The low-foam formulation ensures efficient use in hot water extraction machines, while the fresh green apple fragrance leaves upholstery clean, bright, and pleasantly refreshed.  Designed for professional and industrial use, Fab Clean is ideal for cleaning sofas, chairs, curtains, and other upholstered furnishings in both commercial and domestic environments. It is particularly effective for routine maintenance cleaning as well as tackling light to moderate soiling on sensitive fabrics. Its gentle yet effective formula helps lift dirt and oils without damaging fibres, making it a reliable choice for upholstery cleaning specialists.   DIRECTIONS FOR USE Always pre-test on an inconspicuous area before use. Vacuum surface thoroughly before use. Heavily soiled areas should be treated before use with PROCHEM B108 FABRIC RESTORER or PROCHEM B107 PRESPRAY GOLD.  Portable extraction machines dilute FAB CLEAN at a rate of 1:65. Truck mount units dilute at a rate of 1:4 and set flow meter at 2 to 4 GPH (1:100). After cleaning apply PROCHEM B109 FIBRE AND FABRIC RINSE, before finishing with a clean, white towel.
