Schools and Colleges — Order Online and Pay by Invoice

At ClickCleaning, schools, colleges and other government-funded organisations can order cleaning products online without paying by credit or debit card.

Simply select Pay by Invoice at checkout and send us an official purchase order. We’ll process your order and issue an invoice, giving you 30 days from the invoice date to pay.

Whether you need cleaning chemicals, toilet rolls, hand towels, soap or cleaning equipment, you can shop online and use your organisation’s usual purchase order process.

How to order

1. Shop online and add the products you need to your basket.
2. Select Pay by Invoice at checkout.
3. Email your official purchase order to orders@cpx.co.uk, quoting your website order number.
4. Pay your invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please address your purchase order to CPX Group Ltd and include your delivery address, invoice address and purchase order number.

Delivery is normally within 2–3 working days of receiving your official purchase order, subject to stock availability.

No card payment required — just an official purchase order and 30-day invoice terms.
