The DRYFT S-Motion Scrubber Dryer combines cordless floor cleaning with the flexibility to work around furniture, into corners and beneath low partitions. Designed for professional cleaning teams, it scrubs floors and recovers dirty water as you work, helping maintain both open spaces and awkward areas with one compact machine. Cover more floor with S-Motion DRYFT’s vertical S-Handle allows the operator to guide the cleaning head in a sweeping, side-to-side movement while walking forwards. This creates a working sweep of up to 1.6 metres, reducing the repeated straight-line passes associated with conventional walk-behind machines. According to DRYFT, this technique can deliver twice the cleaning speed with 75% less walking compared with traditional walk-behind scrubber dryers. Actual results depend on the layout, floor condition, cleaning task and operator technique. The lightweight design supports frequent changes of direction, making S-Motion useful for moving between open floor areas and more confined spaces.     High-speed oscillating cleaning action DRYFT uses 4,200rpm oscillation technology to agitate dirt through its cleaning pad. Its magnetically attached pad system supports quick changes between suitable pads for different cleaning tasks. The physical scrubbing width is 39cm. This differs from the wider 160cm working sweep achieved by moving the head from side to side using the S-Motion technique. Reach corners and confined spaces The shaped cleaning head reaches into corners, along edges and around obstacles such as toilet pedestals. A flexible ball joint allows the head to turn through tight spaces, while its low profile provides access beneath suitable partitions with clearance as low as 5cm. The SPYDR chassis helps the pad follow uneven floor surfaces. Integrated glide wheels assist with cleaning alongside walls. Cordless operation and easy handling The interchangeable CORE-ion battery provides a manufacturer-stated runtime of up to 75 minutes on smooth floors or approximately 60 minutes on rough floors. Charging takes approximately one hour. Weighing 7.3kg empty and 9.8kg filled, DRYFT includes a carry handle and transport wheels for moving between cleaning areas. Water and chemical use DRYFT’s agitation and pad technology allow suitable routine cleaning tasks to be completed using water alone. More demanding deposits may require an appropriate chemical—for example, a degreaser for grease or a descaler for mineral deposits. Where detergent is required, use a low-foaming, machine-safe product at the recommended dilution. High-foaming products can damage the vacuum motor. Chemical selection must also suit the floor surface; flammable cleaning solutions must not be used. Maintenance and servicing A removable magnetic tank, tool-free pad attachment and quick-release squeegee simplify routine cleaning and inspection. The machine also uses replaceable service modules, including suction, solenoid and electronic components.
