Installation & Set Up – An expert Numatic team member will install the machine and provide set-up training to your team on-site.  They’ll also give your team the know-how on how to clean and maintain the equipment to keep it working at its best. Operator Training - Numatic will provide operator training on how to achieve the best cleaning results with a face-to-face session. All the latest training and troubleshooting is also readily available using the multilingual Nu-Assist App. Initial  Stage Triage - From the initial call, you’ll be in contact with a specialist Numatic FloorCare customer care agent, personally dealing with your case within 2 hours. Many calls are resolved during this initial consultation with the Numatic triage team to help get you back on track with support over the phone. No Service Package If you decide not to take out a service package with your machine, please note that you still have a 3-year warranty with this machine.  Numatic International Limited guarantee the original purchaser that their products are free of defects in both material and workmanship for the period of the warranty. The warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as carbon brushes, floor brushes, squeegee blades, mops etc. that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine.  Please note using non Numatic parts can be detrimental to both machine performance and life and may invalidate the warranty. If a repair is required and a service plan has not been taken out, the purchaser can either return the machine back to us or we can arrange a call out from Numatic.  Please note that if the repair is under warranty; then the cost of the repair will be covered by Numatic.  If the fault is due to misuse, operator error or neglect, then the call out, labour and parts will be chargeable.   Please note that this machine is not a stocked product and is ordered in from the manufacturer. The warranty covers parts and labour to rectify warranty faults for the course of the period covered. Faults caused by mis-use, abuse or wear & tear are not covered by the warranty and will be chargeable. In all cases, carriage arrangements and cost of return to us or the manufacturer for repair is the responsibility of the owner.
