The QD Midnight Black Metal 10" Mini Jumbo Dispenser is a mini Jumbo toilet tissue dispenser that is key lockable and hinged for easy access to replace the existing roll.  It will accommodate a standard mini jumbo roll and has a level indicator to ensure paper is always convenient to monitor.
