Prochem Power Burst (S789) is a super-strength, high performance alkaline detergent pre-spray designed for the effective pre-cleaning of heavily soiled commercial carpets. Formulated to tackle extreme levels of grease, oil, fats, food residues and protein-based soils, it is particularly suited for demanding environments such as restaurants, kitchens and high-traffic areas. This powerful, enzyme-free formula penetrates deep into carpet fibres to break down stubborn contamination, allowing for efficient removal during the extraction process. Its advanced cleaning action makes it ideal for heavily soiled traffic lanes and areas with significant grease build-up, delivering outstanding results in professional cleaning applications. It is suitable for use on most carpets when pre-tested, with a neutralising rinse recommended for wool and wool-mix fibres. Dilution & Directions for Use: Standard application: Mix 15ml (1 scoop) per litre of hot water (1:66) (maximum 65°C) Injection sprayer: Mix 45ml (3 scoops) per litre of hot water in sprayer container Pre-test carpet for colour fastness before use Apply using a sprayer to heavily soiled areas Agitate with a carpet pile brush where required Allow 5–10 minutes dwell time Do not allow product to dry before extraction Follow with extraction cleaning using suitable detergent or rinse This concentrated, high-performance formula delivers exceptional cleaning power for the toughest conditions, making it an essential solution for professional carpet cleaners dealing with heavily soiled commercial environments.
