SELDEN SELSEAL ACRYLIC BASE COAT SEAL is a professional porous floor sealer which creates a base for emulsion application. It is a polymer film which is non-colouring, even on light floor, and is resistant to polish strippers. SELSEAL is suitable for use on all rubber, PVC, linoleum, thermoplastic and terrazzo floor surfaces - it should not be used on cork and unsealed wood. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Floor surfaces should be clean and grease-free, before applying SELSEAL thinly and evenly using an applicator on clean, lint-free mop. After 30 minutes a second coat should be applied. SELSEAL is a sealer coat only and is not wear-resistant - it should be finished with a metallized polymer emulsion and protected from frost.
